Starting from the year of foundation, it is the venue of the homonymous choir, of the orchestra, of the corps de ballet and since 1982 also of the Philharmonic.

Fashion District

 

The fashion district is a district of Milan known worldwide as a luxury district where jewelers, boutiques and clothing, design and furniture showrooms are concentrated

The district is so called because it is delimited by four prestigious streets: Via Monte Napoleone, Via Manzoni, Via della Spiga and Corso Venezia.

Favorite destination for shopping lovers and the beating heart of events related to Milan Fashion Week, there are numerous clothing stores of the most important fashion brands, ateliers, studios and showrooms that attract tourists from all over the world.

Brera

 

The artists who have gravitated towards the Academy of Fine Arts since the 19th century have transformed the district into one of the most characteristic of Milan.

Navigli and Darsena

 

If you are looking for a trendy place where you can have a good drink, or have an aperitif, you must go to Navigli, a symbol of Milanese nightlife.

The Navigli area is only a 15-minute walk from the Duomo of Milan and you can get there by underground by getting off at the "Porta Genova" stop along the M2 green line.

Not to be missed along the canals are the Vicolo dei Lavandai, the Alda Merini House Museum, the Church of San Cristoforo sul Naviglio, the Conca del Naviglio and the Stone Bridge located at via Corsico.
